2-ufo benzeri bir kızılötesi ısıtıcı ile yüzey 10-15 cm mesafeden her yeri düzgünce ısıtılır.
parçalar düzgün bir biçimde birbirine yapışıp şekillendikten sonra soğutmaya bırakılır
soğutma bitinceye kadar vakumlama aralıksız devam etmelidir.
En son olarak alüminyum çerçeve hazırlanır ve panel silikon ile çerçeveye tutturulur.
