solar panel output on partly cloudy day



wattage jumps up and down between sun and clouds. (50 watt panel, not at correct angle)

edit: Turns out the lower wattage was more due to the panel being dirty than the angle. It now outputs around 45 watts in full, direct sun.
I’m using one of those “Chinese” grid-ties, 250 watt (in the event of a blackout, the grid tie inverter will shut down to prevent the energy it produces from harming any line workers who are sent to fix the power grid).
