This video shows our upcoming hybrid kit that includes a 400W (600W Peak) 12V wind turbine and one of our 80W Monocrystalline Solar Panels charging a discharged 12V Leisure Battery.
Storm ‘Kate’ kindly provided the wind but the grey skies limited the solar output, however as you can see even with our 80W Mono panel pointing North with a dark sky we still have an output.
Please note: this is only a test setup and should be connected in proper junction box for final deployment. Also of interest in the setup for this controller is the shared Positive (+) and isolated Negative (-) connections.
We will add more detailed videos of the controller functions shortly, weather allowing.
