Elon Musk had announced that Tesla is working on an electric truck and a semi. Tesla will introduce the semi truck as early as this September but the pickup truck will not follow until about 2019.
A recent survey by Autolist.com had revealed that pre owned Tesla Model S vehicles sell faster and list slightly higher than their competitors in the same class. Though an average time it takes to sell a Model S is around 3 months.
Last week Tesla had released a new generation of solar panels ahead of the Gigafactory 2 opening. The panels are actually a product of Panasonic and will be exclusively sold and possibly even manufactured by Tesla. The new low profile design is sleeker and makes the panel installation blend into the roof. The next generation after this one will be the long anticipated Tesla Solar Roof.
