Winter of 2010-11 We upgraded from 1x XW6048 Inverter to 2 units running in parallel. Reason was to increase our surge capacity that the geothermal units pull while in a grid down situation. I also installed a modified steel cabinet for the battery bank which is holding 16 marine batteries.
