Upper Valley Tiny Homes in Utah recently built this 30′ custom tiny house for a customer. Before shipping it off, Mike, the owner made this video for us to checkout. The tiny house features a 1,000 watt off-grid solar system that runs everything in the house, included the water pump, lighting, etc. The water is heated via a propane on-demand system. The tiny home has two lofts, one which is accessed by a ladder and the master loft which has stairs making it much easier to access. Thanks to the Upper Valley Crew for sharing!
