Pros:
Very good one, good price, no sweat while using it (the back side is very good).
Cons:
The screws should be checked from time to time,
in my hat one of them tries to release itself so I have to tight it back.
No other cons, works fine. May be more colours to choose from would be great.

I bought this one as a gift, what a surprise! I will sure buy some more,
people around just love it as a joke.
