    EMMVEE Photovoltaic is a developer and manufacturer of high performance mono- and polycrystalline PV modules and systems in Bengaluru, India. EMMVEE has recently entered the field of MW scale project development and EPC in Europe and in India.

    EMMVEE was founded by Mr. D.V. Manjunatha in 1992. EMMVEE Photovoltaic Power Pvt. Ltd. is headquartered in Bengaluru and has sales offices across India, Germany, Italy, France, United Kingdom and Singapore.

    The present 135 MW module production capacity is fully automated with state-of-the-art 3S Modultec and Somont production lines. Further expansion plan up to 200MW in 2011 is under process. The main production focus is the on-grid modules range from 175-300Wp.

    EMMVEE manufactures PV modules ranging from 10-300Wp with more focus on 180-300Wp for on- and off-grid applications. Its product portfolio also includes Standard and customized photovoltaic systems for stand-alone especially roof top applications, all off-grid Home Lighting Systems, LED/CFL Street Lights, Solar Hybrid Power Pack Systems, Water Pumping Systems and solutions for the Telecom Industry. EMMVEE also undertake design, supply, installation and provide after sales service to its customers.

    Today EMMVEE has prominent market share in the PV industry across India and Europe. In India, some of the prestigious projects include both for govt. and private like BHEL, BEL, Renewable Energy Development Agencies of Meghalaya and Chhattisgarh, Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation, BSNL, ETA Construction, C & S Electricals to name a few.

    EMMVEE believes in transparency and utilize only the best components (most of them from Germany) to reach the highest degree of efficiency and reliability. EMMVEE has recognition of being one of the first companies to use special patterned surface glass which increases the efficiency to at least 3% compared to a flat glass. The Institute for Solar Energy Research Hameln in Germany documented the efficiency gain. All the modules from EMMVEE are certified from global standard organizations like TÜV, MCS, UL, Clean Energy Council and MNRE. EMMVEE has also been awarded 1A rating from CRISIL. EMMVEE Photovoltaic Power Pvt. Ltd. is accredited as channel partner under JNNSM scheme.

    EMMVEE Photovoltaic Power Pvt. Ltd. also has a separate Toughened Glass division which caters for its in-house PV and Water heaters production needs as well as to sectors like construction, architecture, furniture and engineering industries.

    One of the earliest to enter into the Solar energy business in India, EMMVEE supports the cause to save the environment by promoting the renewable energy usage also has Solar Thermal systems division under the name EMMVEE Solar Systems Pvt.     http://www.tentensolar.nl | Deze familie uit Winterswijk is sinds februari 2017 de trotse eigenaar van een zonnepaneleninstallatie op het schuine dak van hun woning. Wij mochten de zonnepanelen leveren en installeren. In totaal liggen er 9 panelen op het dak.

    LG NeoN 2 zonnepanelen

    Voor deze installatie hebben we gebruik gemaakt van hoog rendement zonnepanelen van LG. We hebben gekozen voor LG NeoN 2 Black zonnepanelen van 300 Wp per paneel. Met de NeoN technologie gaat LG Solar nog een stap verder dan andere fabrikanten van zonnepanelen. LG NeoN 2 zonnepanelen halen namelijk maar liefst 20% meer energie uit hetzelfde oppervlak en wekken 5% meer kWh per jaar op. De 9 zonnepanelen hebben een totaalvermogen van 2.700 Watt en de verwachtte jaaropbrengst is 2.424 kWh.

    SolarEdge omvormer met optimizers

    De zonnepaneleninstallatie is uitgevoerd met een SolarEdge omvormer met optimizers. We hebben deze keuze gemaakt om de impact van schaduw op de zonnepanelen zoveel mogelijk te minimaliseren. Dankzij de optimizers die zijn aangesloten op deze omvormer wordt uit elk afzonderlijk zonnepaneel het maximaal mogelijk rendement gehaald. Zo heeft schaduw minder invloed op de prestaties van de gehele installatie. Met een Solaredge omvormer met optimizers kun je tot 25% meer energie uit de zonnepanelen halen.
