on this video you can see how i made amorphous solar panel with help of my brother,i have buy this solar cells very cheap so i decide to make one panel,amorphous panels are large in size,each solar cell has output 2.5w and 22v no load,i have cut all metal parts and my brother has welded all togeather,and then frame is painted in white,next day i have put each cell on frame and glue all cells with silicone,then when the silicone has dry i connect all cells and put a diode so the panel is finished,i have tested this panel 12.1.2012 so i cant measure true power but i think panel can give more then 3 amp at summer
