By connecting/soldering the positive terminal of the solar light to the positive terminal of the high fiving cat and the negative to the negative, you can make the cat movement solar powered. I disassembled the cat by removing 3 screws in the back with a jewellery screw driver. This makes the terminal connections more accessible. I then solder the negative and positive wires to the terminals at the points where they are not seated on the plastic parts. You now connect those wires to your solar light battery terminals. In effect, you are putting the rechargeable battery connections in parallel. Reassemble the cat with the screws. I glued the cat on top with hot glue. The arm of the cat will start waving. At night the solar light will come on as well. To recharge, just put the solar panel towards the sun.
