I made a set of small solar gadgets which included a USB powerpack, solar capable radios and a rechargeable flashlight. I made some improvement to my powerpack by adding another small solar panel. I tried to add a charging indicator light but for some reason, the zener diode with the 5.6v breakdown voltage didn’t work at that voltage. I will research this and come up with a fix.
