My solar backup system review after two years of power generatotion and still working flawlessly… well almost. Battery issues and power inverters have been the only issues with this system. AGM batteries instead of golf cart batteries or deep cycle Trojan 105′s or tmx 12 volts. The 150 watt inverter has lasted only 12 months nad failed and the other cheap 12 volt inverter also died after 6 months. These are the cigarette lighter versions so no surprise that they can’t last on permanent use or at least 10 hours a day max. They burnout or short out or in this case the fan dies and the unit will overheat and probably blow my fuse on my custom solar backup box. All a renewable energy learning curve and I love these setups and I hope you all get use out of this information. Take care and keep up the renewable stuff its only going to get bigger over time.
