This is a KDL-46VL130 4 year old 46 inch Sony LCD TV with a defective LCD Panel. It started out with no picture at all when first turned on (cold) and after this repair when cold the picture had a shaded picture. I am looking for anyone that has reliably repaired this problem using whatever means the average tech has within his means. I know that is a company in the San Diego, CA area that will “Re-Tab” the panel but the cost including shipping the panel is cost prohibitive in today’s market. So if anyone has any ideas please leave detailed comments. Thanks
