Special thanks to my neighbor for letting me place these six haystacks in my backyard. I will use these as lean-to solar stands while I construct a permanent tilting solar panel stand. My Renogy RNG-100D 12v monocrystalline solar panels should be in Wednesday. With the addition of these six panels, my total solar panel array power will be 4,300 watts. It consists of three MPPT solar charge controllers (Midnite Solar), 12 Trojan L16E-AC 6v batteries (1,140 amp/hours at 24v), an Outback Power VFX 3524 inverter/charger, and Reliance Controls Protran 6-circuit power transfer panel. I am about to reduce my electric bill by well over 50% and have 24/7 full off-grid power if needed in an emergency. I also have a Honda eu2000i Companion portable generator/inverter if needed also. I started doing solar over two years ago when the F5 tornado blew through Moore, OK and we all lost power.
