I GOT THE SOLAR CELLS FROM EBAY ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO. WHEN I STARTED TABBING THEM I FOUND IT TO BE DIFFICULT AND TIME CONSUMING. I WATCHED SOME VIDEOS HERE ON YOUTUBE FROM VWRabbitdiesel AND HE MADE IT LOOK EASY. AFTER THE FIRST 10 CELLS IT WAS GETTING EASER TO PUT THEM TOGETHER. THE NEXT 20 CELLS WENT PRETTY QUICKLY. THE CELLS I HAVE ARE B RATED BUT AFTER I PUT MY HANDS ON THEM THEY TURNED TO C OR D RATED.. LOL. I CRACKED A FEW AND CHIPPED SOME, I EVEN BROKE ONE IN HALF. I USED SUPPER GLUE TO FIX THE CRACKS AND GLUE THE BROKEN ONE BACK TOGETHER. IT DIDN’T SEEM TO EFFECT THE POWER OUTPUT.
MY CELL PHONE WAS IN A NEED OF CHARGE AND I COULDN’T FIND MY HOME CHARGER SO I HAD A SMALL SOLAR PANEL FROM A SOLAR SPOT LIGHT THAT WAS NOT WORKING ANY MORE. THE PANEL IS 9 VOLTS SO I CUT THE END OFF THE CORD AND HOOKED IT ON MY CAR CHARGER AND THE PHONE STARTED CHARGING. I HAD IT ON THE CHARGER FOR AND HOUR BEFORE I TOOK THIS VIDEO AND THE PHONE IS ALMOST CHARGED.
