I made this solarpanel using: one layer og glass, one layer of eva (str photocap), then solarcells in strings ‘face down’ , and last layer of eva. I think the best method must be solarcells ‘face up’, and use acrylic backplate. i can not recommend to make solarpanel with acrylic backplane, use aluminium or wood instead as backplane.
