I took two 170ma solar panels that run at 3v dc (optimally). I applied these to a 3v dc motor with and reduction gears set that runs at 8 RPMs (again optimally). But with Michigan cloud cover, I ordered two more solar panels to attach to the motor, as the power I’m currently (no pun intended) getting is barely enough to overcome the start inertia or the motor
