The charge will not be charging more then 16.75 That’s a little less then 4.20 per cell. Any higher then that is not wanted due to over charging witch I don,t want. So the charge needs to be controlled within a range of volts. After the pack is ready to use it will be connected to a DC To AC Power Inverter for use of AC Power needed things.
